The cost of your design is totally dependant on the size of your development.
Important: These prices do not include the Government fees which are invoiced directly to the developer or owner.

All designs require a 50% deposit prior to any design work.
What Am I Getting?
Here are a few of the elements of the services I provide.
The Initial Application
It can be tricky applying for your new development, so I take care of all the steps using the info provided by you.
Is Your Site Eligible?
I will do all the back ground checks to see what communications network is available.
A Certified Design
I will provide you with a NBN (or Telstra) certified design in pdf format.
Design Changes
I allow for at least one design change request per design as long as it’s prior to submission.
As Constructed Plans
When the contractor has finished installing the pit and pipe I will submit to NBN the “as built” plans.
Support
During the installation I’m available for them to contact me for any clarification. How ever it’s their responsibilty to install it to standards provided.
