• Suffolk Park Byron Bay – New 3 lot subdivision

Brief:

• 1 lot being sub-divided into 2 lots, require NBN design for lead ins

Solution:

• To design the lead in location for each of the lots

Each lot much have it’s own independant service conduit. These are sometimes known as “lead ins”. Domestic lead ins are 20mm diameter and must meet NBN specifications. The technical term is P20 and each lead in must not cross the boundaries or adjacent lots.
